Which Fruits and Vegetables Are REALLY the Best?

In the world of "Pop Health Culture" we are always hearing the various buzzwords associated with dietary recommendations.  e hear Dr. Oz sharing with us the new found health benefits of the magical exotic fruit from some remote island in the pacific. Or your friend hits you up to buy his super berry juice made from a rare berry found only in the mountains of Tibet (you know these friends, always wanting you to join their multilevel marketing business).

Well, it can be somewhat frustrating at times to know exactly what the truly best recommendations are. We have all heard that there are alleged "superfoods" chalked full of good "stuff" but what are these?  Is Kale the best?  Is spinach as powerful as Popeye makes it seem?  Well, the CDC recently published what they claim are the top "Powerhouse Fruits & Vegetables".
